is a very powerful feature for businesses
as well as for home use.
This feature
allows you to connect with up to 25 people
at the same time.
You can call other KIWITALK
customers and also people with regular and
cellular phones.
Set up the
Conference Call directly
in My Account page.
Log into
your KIWITALK
account from My Account page:

On the top
right of the Tool Bar Menu, go to My
Feature Calls and click on Conference
then select Setup and Setting:
The Conference
Call feature is password protected.
You need to assign a password to host
a conference as well as for participants
to call in.
Press Submit after assigning
a password so our system recognizes them.

To HOST
a conference call from any KIWITALK
phone:
Step 1:
Dial 9090001#
Step 2:
Select your language
_____
Press 1 for English and
you will hear a chyme
Step 3:
Press #
_____
When prompted, enter the phone number of
the first party you want to invite to the
conference.

To call a KIWITALK dial
the 7 digits number and press #

To call a regular or cellular phone in the
US, dial 1+areea code+phone number and press
#

To call a regular or cellular phone in any
other country in the world, dial 011+country
code+city code+phone number
and press #
When the person answers the phone, Press
# to bring that person
into the conference.
Step 4:
Repeat Step 3 to invite more people to the
conference call.
To JOIN a
conference call, call in from any KIWITALK
phone:
Step 1:
Dial 9090002#
Step 2:
Select your language

Press 1 for English
Step 3:
To Join a conference call, Press 1
Step 4:
Enter the Conference ID
and Press #

The Conference ID is the KIWITALK
7 digits phone number from the person hosting
the Conference Call.
Step 5:
Enter the Conference Password and
Press #
_____
The Conference Password is the 4 digit number
assigned by the person hosting the conference
call from their KIWITALK.

Conference Control Panel:

Log into the Conference Control
Panel page by inputting the Conference
ID, Password and Screen Name:

If you are hosting the Conference Call,
the Conference ID is your
KIWITALK number, if someone
else is hosting, then the Conference
ID is his or hers KIWITALK
number.

The Password is the number
assigned at the Setup and Settings or the
Password given to you by
the Conference Call host.

The Screen Name is any name you want to
create to identify yourself for that session.
